Joe Biden has stood rock-solid in the Granite State, winning New Hampshire, according to NBC News.

With the win, the Democratic former vice president moved four steps closer to the 270 electoral votes needed to cement the presidency.

Biden played defense against President Trump four years after Hillary Clinton carried the state over Trump in 2016.

Though regarded as a battleground state, most polls had New Hampshire swinging for Biden entering Election Day.

Trump attempted to pry the state loose with a raucous rally late last month in Londonderry, but the effort came up short against Democrats’ blue wall through New England.
