California Democratic gubernatorial candidate Katie Porter ruthlessly excoriated a staffer during a discussion on environmental policy for the Biden administration, shocking resurfaced video shows.
The former congresswoman seamlessly switched from a professional tone while discussing electric vehicles with then-Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm to an angry, rude vilification of a staffer who innocently popped into frame, Politico first reported.
“Get out of my f–king shot,” the short-tempered Porter screamed at her surgical mask-wearing staffer, the clip showed.

Porter previously came under fire for mistreating staffers in 2022, when she allegedly demoted Navy veteran, Wounded Warrior fellow and employee Sasha Georgiades, claiming the staffer infected her with COVID-19.

The temperament of the Golden State’s gubernatorial front-runner has come under renewed scrutiny after she bizarrely threatened to walk out of a CBS interview after being asked a simple question.
“I don’t want to keep doing this. I’m going to call it,” Porter said in the viral meltdown.
The steamed pol perplexingly claimed that the news interview — which featured the same questions posed to all other candidates for governor — was being bogged down by follow-up questions.
“Ms. Porter, I am an investigative reporter,” Julie Watts said in disbelief at Porter’s outrage. “You’ve never had to have a conversation with a reporter?”

Video interviews are not the only venue in which Porter has been unable to control her temper. Domestic disputes have also spilled into the public eye and landed her in hot water.
Ex-hubby Matthew Hoffman, who divorced the ex-congresswoman in 2013, revealed in divorce records that Porter would routinely verbally abuse him, throw objects at his head, and once poured scalding-hot mashed potatoes on his noggin during a fight.
The female employee interjected with a correction to a statement made by the then-congresswoman. Politico“When she gets angry, she will claw and scratch her arms and then say to me, ‘Look what you made me do,’” Hoffman shockingly stated in court papers.
He further stated that Porter would disparage him in front of their children, leading to the kids spitting on him, the documents revealed.
Porter later said she herself was a “victim of domestic violence” while running for Congress after filing a restraining order against an ex-boyfriend, Politico reported.
