Rudy Giuliani pal Lev Parnas has nabbed tickets to Wednesday’s Senate impeachment trial of President Trump — courtesy of New York Sen. Chuck Schumer — and wants permission to go, according to new court documents.

Lawyer Joseph Bondy filed the request Tuesday with Manhattan federal court judge Paul Oetken, asking that his client, who is facing charges of violating US campaign finance laws, be allowed remove his ankle bracelet so he can enter the Senate Gallery.

“Mr. Parnas would first have to travel to New York to have his GPS monitoring device removed, so that he is permitted to enter the Senate Gallery,” writes Bondy. “Mr. Parnas would then travel with counsel to DC, and return to New York at the end of the proceeding to have the GPS device replaced.”

The letter also notes that ticket were obtained via the office of Senator Schumer.

Oetken swiftly ruled that while he didn’t mind Parnas heading to Washington D.C. from his home in Florida, he would not allow him to remove the ankle monitor.

Under the senate rules, one wearing an ankle bracelet is not allowed into the gallery, Bondy said. Parnas will still travel to DC “to show support for a fair trial,” the lawyer tweeted.

Parnas has openly copped to working with Giuliani in Ukraine to dig up dirt on Joe Biden.

He’s also declared that attempts to remove former Ukrainian ambassador Marie Yovanovitch were made with Trump’s knowledge and direction — even releasing an audio recording of a voice that sounds like the president’s screaming “get rid of her!”
