His resume keeps ballooning.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio “finding out” meme is yet again racking up online views after ex-Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem’s husband was exposed as a cross-dresser with a penchant for busty bosoms.

Rubio, who has already spawned thousands of memes due to the many hats he’s had to wear in Trump’s White House, quickly exploded again on social media off the back of Tuesday’s bombshell news about Noem’s spouse.

“Marco Rubio finding out he has to be Kristi Noem’s husband now too,” one person jeered on X alongside the now iconic image of a deflated Rubio sitting on a couch in the Oval Office.

Scores of others simply superimposed his face onto the shock images of Noem’s husband, Bryon, wearing comically oversized, lopsided breasts that he apparently sent to members of an online “bimbofication” fetish scene.

Another X user shared a video of Rubio incredulously shopping for large bras, dresses and wigs, practicing walking in heels and suffering through a leg waxing.

“This is what the internet is meant for,” one person commented on the AI video, which also featured Rubio tentatively applying ruby red lipstick and looking anxious during a mani.

Rubio has become meme fodder countless times due to the plethora of tough jobs Trump has piled on his plate during his second term.

Each time a job opens up, social media users are quick to joke that the commander-in-chief will hand it over to his already overworked secretary of state.

The jokes even extend to far-fetching roles, including president of Venezuela to the governor of Minnesota, secretary-general of Greenland and even the general manager job for Rubio’s beloved Miami Dolphins.

The memes usually always center on a photo of Rubio appearing to recoil in his seat during the now infamous Oval Office clash between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in February 2025.

Rubio was snapped looking visibly uncomfortable as the shouting match played out in front of the cameras. So popular are the memes that the White House included it in a batch of irreverent Valentine’s Day cards blasted out on social media, joking: “Don’t make me work for your love.”
