Michael Cohen on Wednesday met with federal and state prosecutors looking into President Trump’s business and family charity, according to a new report.

Cohen — Trump’s former personal attorney and self-proclaimed fixer — met with officials from the Manhattan US Attorney’s office and the state Attorney General’s office at his lawyer’s Midtown office, CNN reports, citing “people familiar with the meeting.”

It wasn’t immediately clear what the gathering was about, but both offices are probing Trump’s business dealings.

Cohen cut a plea deal with the feds in August, copping to tax evasion and campaign-finance violations — and claiming that he and Trump paid two women hush money “for the purpose of influencing the election.”

Federal prosecutors are still investigating matters related to his case — including potential campaign finance violations by others in the Trump Organization, according to CNN.

Meanwhile, State AG Barbara Underwood has a civil lawsuit against Trump and three of his children over the Donald J. Trump Foundation, accusing them of using it as “little more than a checkbook” to pay off his creditors and help his presidential campaign.

Trump has vehemently denied all allegations against him, calling the state suit “ridiculous” and recently claiming Cohen was just a PR flack who was lying about the hush money.

“He represented me very little. It’s a very low level. And what he was is also a public relations person,” Trump told the Associated Press on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Cohen has also been voluntarily speaking with investigators for special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the presidential election, ahead of his sentencing on Dec. 12.
