Casillas claims in his Manhattan Supreme Court suit that Fitzpatrick hit him in the head, kicked him in the groin and dragged him along the sidewalk at East 37th Street and Park Avenue.
He denies making the Trump references, and Fitzpatrick’s lawyer said his client never touched Casillas.
