Rick Perry apparently needs a lesson in manners.

The former Texas governor, nominated by Trump to lead the Energy Department, was caught on tape chewing gum and casually blowing a bubble behind the newly sworn-in president — just as Rabbi Marvin Hier was giving his benediction at the inauguration.

The move didn’t sit well people on social media, who were quick to post clips Friday.
