WASHINGTON — Scott Baio, an early and unwavering Donald Trump celebrity supporter, blasted the protesters who confronted him during inauguration weekend as “unhinged.”

“They are in the last throes of a dying party,” Baio told Fox’s “Sunday Morning Futures.” “They don’t know what to do. They can’t believe that they lost so they’re getting violent. The ‘tolerant’ people are the most vicious, violent, intolerant people I’ve ever seen.”

Emily Smith reported for Page Six that Bio and his wife were accosted by protesters in Washington calling him a “f–king fascist and lunged at him.”

In December, the actor filed a police report against Nancy Mack, the wife of Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith for battery. Baio alleges Mack attacked him at a school event for their children in California over his support for Trump.

“These people are a little unhinged,” Baio vented Sunday.
