The Senate on Wednesday voted down a partial repeal-only bill to kill ObamaCare two years from now — which would have given lawmakers that long to come up with a plan to replace it.

The vote was 55 against and 45 for repeal, with seven Republicans joining all 48 Democrats in opposition.

The plan would have eliminated the individual and employee mandate requiring people and employers to have or provide health insurance.

It would also have ended the expansion of Medicaid and ultimately capped it.
