The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear President Trump’s appeals in three separate cases as he attempts to block the release of personal and corporate financial records, including his tax returns.

The justices on Friday indicated they will hear arguments as part of his legal fights against the U.S. House of Representatives, accounting firm Mazars LLP, and Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance.

In each case, Trump’s lawyers have argued the president, his family and companies enjoy a blanket immunity, even stretching back to 2011, before he was elected to the presidency. Lower courts have all rejected that argument.

Should the panel leave the lower court rulings intact, Trump would be forced to disclose his long-sought tax returns.

A date for arguments has not been set.
