President Trump tweeted a one-word response to the senior administration official who wrote an anonymous op-ed column on Wednesday claiming there’s a “quiet resistance” underway inside the White House.

“TREASON?” Trump wrote at 6:15 p.m.

The tweet came 30 minutes after Trump posted video from Fox News that shows him ripping the New York Times for publishing the “gutless editorial.”

Trump also predicted that “the New York Times, and CNN and all of these phony media outlets will be out of business” when he’s no longer president “because there’ll be nothing to write and nothing of interest.”

“They don’t like Donald Trump, and I don’t like them because they’re very dishonest people,” he told a gathering of law enforcement officials at the White House.
