Get the latest news from the Trump administration Thursday after the resumption of heaving bombing in Iran.

The United States launched fresh strikes at Iran as Trump’s frustration with the Iranians for failing to make a deal grows.

“CENTCOM will be busy tonight because President Trump said we will be hitting Iran hard — and we will be,” War Secretary Pete Hegseth told reporters Wednesday night.

On Friday, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also claimed that text for the US-Iran deal has been “agreed upon,” and that “peace has never been this close as it is now.”

Trump has a busy day ahead, signing a declaration and participating in a tele-rally for Georgia gubernatorial hopeful Burt Jones.

First lady Melania Trump will also launch Fostering our Future accounts, in support of foster children.
