The Trump administration is turning out to be very bad for the mergers and acquisition business.
According to data from Mergermarket, there have only been 154 deals for US companies from abroad, worth $79.8 billion, so far in 2018.
That’s down from 231 deals worth $132.5 billion in the same period last year.
