President Trump delivered the most famous words in motorsports while serving as grand marshal of NASCAR’s Daytona 500 on Sunday.

“Gentlemen, start your engines!” the president roared at the Daytona International Speedway with First Lady Melania Trump standing at his side.

“It’s truly an honor to be with all of you at the great American race,” he told the thousands of cheering fans gathered at the speedway.

The commander in chief also issued a message to the drivers wishing them luck.

“You should all be proud to be competing in this incredible event,” he told them. “The Daytona 500 is the biggest race in the world and all of America is watching. Give the fans a great show!”

Trump is only the second sitting president to attend the contest, behind George W. Bush who issued the famous command in 2004.
