Small-dollar donors — a big prize for presidential campaigns — have given Donald Trump possibly more than $100 million this election cycle, according to a report Monday.

The elusive goal has been met by Democrats Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders, but Trump is the first Republican to hit the mark, according to Politico.

“He’s the Republican Obama in terms of online fund-raising,” a GOP operative said.
