The Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in Georgia, requesting that a judge order a county to account for ballots that were apparently received after 7 p.m. on Election Day, a report said.

The suit, which is the third by the Trump campaign in battleground states, alleges that a Republican observer saw a poll worker take unprocessed ballots and mix them in with processed ballots that were waiting to be counted in Chatham County, The Associated Press reported.

Ballots in Georgia, which has not been called for Trump or Biden, have to be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day to be valid. The county where the Trump campaign filed suit leans Democratic and includes the city of Savannah.
