The commander-in-tweet had to surrender his cellphone.
Trump was forced to give up the Android device with which he loves to tweet before his inauguration, trading it in for a more secure handset approved by the Secret Service, The New York Times reported.
He’s also getting a new cellphone number, which only a select group of people will have.
Obama has said his Secret Service-approved phone was stripped of its fun features, suggesting Trump may not be able to tweet from it.
“It doesn’t take pictures, you can’t text, the phone doesn’t work . . . you can’t play your music on it,” he said on “The Tonight Show.”
