President Trump headed back to Trump Tower Thursday after he attended a fundraiser at the Upper East Side home of Cantor Fitzgerald CEO Howard Lutnick.

The fundraiser, which press were not allowed to attend, lasted slightly more than two hours and Trump made it back to his Manhattan skyscraper by 9 p.m.

While Trump attended the event, a small group of protesters gathered outside the Upper East Side location, chanting “impeach Trump!”

“New Yorkers know this guy,” said protester Jackie Goldberg, 74,who lives in the Upper West Side. “And what we know we don’t like. . . And he has the nerve to come back here?”

Trump’s visit to Trump Tower is reportedly only his 14th visit to his signature building since taking office, compared to the 91 days he has spent at Mar-a-Lago, his posh Florida resort, and 58 days at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, according to the website TrumpGolfCount, which tracks his trips to the links.

The White House has said in the past that visits to Trump Tower were limited because of the massive security required as well as the ensuing traffic disruptions.

Bloomberg reported this week that Trump Tower was one of the least desirable luxury properties in Manhattan, with at least eight condo owners selling their units at a loss since his 2016 election victory.
