Donald Trump Jr. praised Sen. Marco Rubio on Thursday for his questioning of ousted FBI Director James Comey.

The Florida senator had pointed out that “the only thing that’s never been leaked is the fact that the president has never been under investigation.”

Trump Jr., who has been live-tweeting the congressional hearing all morning, wrote, “Solid point and seems rather convenient for the partisan nonsense we have seen play out for months.”

The president’s eldest child also retweeted several people, including lawyer Alan Dershowitz, who nixed the idea of criminal charges being lodged against the president.

“You cannot have obstruction of justice when the president exercises his constitutional authority to fire the director of the FBI,” Dershowitz wrote.

Trump Jr. wrote in his retweet, “and again… I could do this all day but you get the idea.”
