President-elect Donald Trump’s team kicked off his Inauguration Day festivities by trolling lame-duck President Biden with an “eviction” notice.

“EVICTION NOTE,” his transition team, TrumpWarRoom, wrote in a post on X first thing Monday.

“At 1200 p.m. ET, White House Senior Living will cease to exist and its resident will be transferred to a Delaware facility on a permanent basis.”

The message was posted alongside a 30-second spoof video showing Biden, 82, apparently being cared for at a so-called “White House Senior Living” facility.

The clip, which Trump first shared last year on Truth Social amid reports of the oldest serving president’s apparent declining mental acuity, features Biden shuffling around on the beach, eating pizza and being helped by his wife, Jill.

“Our vibrant facility offers delightful activities and outings, round-the-clock professional care, and exquisite house-made meals,” the narrator says.

“White House Senior Living. Where residents feel like presidents.”

At one point in the clip, Biden says he loves to eat Italian food and “chocolate chip ice cream.”

The footage resurfaced as Biden prepared to relinquish power later Monday — after fellow Democrats and a coalition of influential donors, like Hollywood star George Clooney, forced him into retirement last summer over concerns about his cognitive fitness.

During his 2024 presidential campaign, Trump repeatedly ripped Biden and challenged him to undergo cognitive tests — arguing he wasn’t fit to serve.
