Donald Trump shut down corporations with possible ties to Saudi Arabia in the days after the presidential election, it was revealed Friday.

A number of corporations, all of which were registered in Delaware, were shuttered after Trump’s victory against Hillary Clinton — four had connections to a business venture in the Saudi kingdom.

The general counsel for the Trump Organization, Alan Garten, said Friday that the company currently has no deals in Saudi Arabia.

It was not clear exactly what ventures the companies were involved in.

Garten, the Trump Organization lawyer, called the corporate closures “routine.”
