President Trump — who has repeatedly slammed NFL players who kneel during the national anthem — may skip the traditional Super Bowl pre-game interview, a report said Friday.

The White House has yet to let the brass at NBC News know if the president will participate despite an open invitation, Variety reported.

Last year, Trump chatted with disgraced ex-Fox News Channel anchor Bill O’Reilly before O’Reilly was booted for sexual misconduct.

The year before, then-President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama were interviewed by Gayle King for CBS News.

A White House spokeswoman did not immediately respond to questions from The Post.

The big game is scheduled for Feb. 4 at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

Trump has rebuked the mostly black ballers who take a knee during the anthem to protest police brutality and racism, accusing them of being unpatriotic and disrespecting the flag.

Richard Hanley, an associate professor of journalism at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, said the issue would be sure to come up.

“That’s an essential question that needs to be asked in that moment,” Hanley told the magazine.

“It is of high importance, and he did insert himself into that controversy and did criticize NFL players. They have to ask that question.”
