President Trump is disputing James Comey’s claims that he asked for loyalty and implored him to drop the investigation into former National Security Adviser Mike Flynn, according to a report Thursday.

The Associated Press reported that the president is challenging key parts of the fired FBI director’s testimony he plans to give at a congressional hearing Thursday.

Trump, who’s so far been mum on Twitter, planned to watch Comey’s testimony with his lawyer Marc Kasowitz and other advisers in a dining room at the White House.

His public schedule is clear until the afternoon.

During meetings with Trump chronicled by Comey, the president asked the then-FBI head for “loyalty” and asked him to help “lift the cloud” cast over his administration by the Russia probe.
