Senior White House staffers are headed to Camp David for the weekend in order to discuss the administration’s policy goals for the year.

President Trump will traveling to the retreat on Sunday where he will join staffers, including his new acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, according to White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

The entourage will also be discussing the government shutdown, which is now in its 14th day.

In Washington D.C., Trump has tasked Vice President Mike Pence, senior adviser Jared Kushner and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen with meeting with House and Senate leadership staff to continue trying to hash out a deal to end the partial government shutdown.

Trump said on Friday that the shutdown could last “years”
