President Trump will attend the Gridiron dinner March 3, an annual gathering of Washington media elites that he shunned last year.

In an olive branch to the press that he routinely denigrates for “fake news,” Trump will break bread with capital journalists.

But no White House decision has been made about the April 28 White House Correspondents Association Dinner, the red-carpet event that Trump also skipped last year.
