A lawyer for President Trump claims Manhattan judges were “swayed by partisan interests” when they refused to postpone a defamation lawsuit against the president by a former “Apprentice” contestant.

Marc Kasowitz told New York’s Court of Appeals that former President Bill Clinton was “uniformly” granted stays in Paula Jones’ sex harassment suit against him while in office but Trump was denied one in the Summer Zervos case.

Zervos sued after Trump called her a liar for saying he rubbed his groin against her in 2007.
