Newly unsealed documents confirm President Trump was staying in the Beverly Hills hotel where former ”Apprentice” contestant Summer Zervos says he groped her in 2007, court papers filed Thursday in her defamation case against him claim.

Trump recently agreed to unseal a slew of records he’d been fighting to keep confidential — including calendar dates and phone records that Zervos said would prove her side of the story.

Zervos — who went public with the claims just before the 2016 election — filed a defamation suit against Trump in 2017 after he called the accusations “totally made up stuff” and “fake news.”

“Plaintiff’s account of the underlying sexual assaults has now been corroborated, in close detail, by documents produced from Defendant’s own files,” read papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday by Zervos’ lawyer, Mariann Wang.

“In particular, the Trump Organization has produced copies of Defendant’s calendar entries and itineraries from late 2007 through early 2008 – the period in which Ms. Zervos reported she met with and was assaulted by Defendant, ” the court papers continue, adding the “documents line up with Ms. Zervos’s detailed public account with striking accuracy.”

For example Wang says, a calendar entry included as an exhibit in the case, shows that Trump stayed at the Beverly Hills Hotel Dec. 21, 2007 — the day and place Zervos claimed the assault occurred.

The court papers also reveal that both Zervos and the President are to be deposed by Dec. 6 a judge recently ordered.

“Ms. Zervos’ claims are entirely meritless and not corroborated by any documents,” Trump lawyer Marc Kasowitz said.
