Cops are investigating a white powdery substance that was found in the basement mail room of the Trump Tower on Wednesday.

Police got the call about the substance at about 3:50 p.m., cops said. No injuries were reported as of Wednesday evening, according to a fire department spokesman.

Cops say the substance has been determined to be non-life-threatening, but had no word on what it is.

Back in April, a suspicious white powder mailed to Trump’s campaign office in the same building set off a scare.

Hazmat teams declared the powder not dangerous.

And in March, a letter that contained white powder and a threatening message was sent to the Central Park South home of Trump’s son, Eric.

“If your father does not drop out of the race, the next envelope won’t be a fake,” the letter read, according to a source.

Tests revealed that the substance was not toxic.

The next day, Trump’s older sister, federal Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, received a similar threatening letter at her Philadelphia home.
