MADRID — Spanish authorities have arrested a Panamanian woman arriving at the Barcelona airport from Colombia with 3 pounds of cocaine concealed in breast implants.

Border police noticed fresh scars and bloodstained gauze on her chest, as well as pale patches beneath her skin, the Interior Ministry said yesterday.
