BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — Authorities say a pregnant woman was shot and wounded during a home invasion in Florida.

The Sun Sentinel reports that the shooting occurred Sunday night at the Preserve at Boynton Beach.

Police say two men surprised the 24-year-old expectant mother, who is five months along. She was taken to a hospital in stable condition, and officials say the baby appears to be fine.

The men ran away after the shooting. No arrests have been made.
