A nine-months-pregnant Philadelphia woman was shot in the stomach as she stood in front of her home — and doctors managed to save the lives of both her and her baby boy, police said.

The unidentified 39-year-old woman was standing with her husband in the front doorway of their Kensington home when one gunshot — possibly a stray bullet — rang out, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Responding cops found the woman bleeding heavily in the living room, Chief Inspector Scott Small told the outlet.

She was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where doctors performed an emergency C-section and delivered her son, Philadelphia police said.

Both the woman and the newborn were listed in stable condition early Thursday.

No arrests have been made in an ongoing investigation. A weapon was not found at the scene, police said.
