In the latest in a series of humiliating blows this week, embattled royal Prince Andrew stepped down from his Pitch@Palace entrepreneurship competition on Friday, according to a report.

Facing a wave of criticism over his friendship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, the beleaguered Duke of York walked away from the program, which he founded in 2014, as corporate sponsors rushed to sever ties, the UK Telegraph reported.

The initiative will now simply be known as “Pitch” and will go on with no royal involvement, the report said.

On Wednesday, Andrew announced he was stepping back from public duties “for the foreseeable future” after a humiliating BBC interview in which he defended his friendship with Epstein and denied the charge he had sex with an underage girl in New York.

The disgraced duke was also kicked out of Buckingham Palace on Friday when he was told to find another place to do business, the Times of London reported.
