President Trump offered condolences Saturday to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp over the death of Harrison Deal, an aide to Sen. Kelly Loeffler and a family friend of the governor.

Kemp spokesman Cody Hall told The Hill in a statement that the president called the governor on Saturday morning and spoke about Deal, who was killed in a fiery wreck on 1-16 in Pooler, Ga. outside Savannah.

Georgia police told The Post that it will take “some time” to learn what led to the three-car crash that killed the ambitious 20-year-old.

“The investigation is underway and may take some time,” according to Pooler police spokeswoman Lindsey Heintzman, who initially said Saturday that the investigation could take over a month, without elaborating.

There were only three people involved in the crash, each driving one of the vehicles. The other two drivers were treated at the scene for minor injuries and released, Heintzman said.

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp called him a “Kemp son and brother we never had.”

Deal, a student at the University of Georgia, was close friends with Kemp’s 19-year-old daughter, Lucy, also a Bulldog.

“He was so special to me and I can’t imagine my life without him,” Lucy Kemp said in statement to The Post Saturday.

Deal graduated from Bulloch Academy in Statesboro, Ga., where he grew up.

His father, Curt Deal, is a funeral home owner who’s also Bulloch County commissioner, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Deal got his start in politics working for his dad’s campaign and the two appeared inseparable.

“Like the sign says, he’s the most honest, dependable, and experienced candidate on the ballot!!” Deal wrote about his dad on Facebook.
