A 66-year-old pedestrian reportedly was struck and killed by a purple Rolls-Royce in central London early Thursday.

The man was hit around 3 a.m. by the Rolls-Royce Wraith in Westminster and pronounced dead at the scene, the Telegraph reported. His name has not been released.

The driver of the luxury vehicle remained at the scene and was not arrested in the fatal collision.

Metropolitan Police are urging witnesses to come forward with information about the incident.

“This is a very busy section of road and I am sure there would be a number of people who witnessed the collision or the events leading up to it,” said Chris May with the Metropolitan Police Serious Collision Investigation Unit, according to the Telegraph.
