LONDON — Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said yesterday he was impressed with security planning for this summer’s London Olympics, rejecting suggestions that US officials were concerned about arrangements for the Games, which start July 27.

“It seems they really have a handle on just about any contingency,” Kelly said here.
