New footage of the Minneapolis street where Renee Nicole Good was shot dead shows the mother of three blocking part of the road with her SUV around four minutes before her fatal encounter with a federal agent.

“Let’s check the tape. For more than 3 minutes the anti-ICE agitator impeded law enforcement operations with her vehicle,” the Department of Homeland Security wrote on X alongside video filmed before the deadly shooting.

The clip shared by DHS showed Good’s Honda Pilot planted perpendicular along the road where ICE agents were conducting operations.

Repeated honking and banging can be heard in the background of the video, likely from the protest just down the street. It’s not clear if Good, 37, honked her car’s horn at any point leading up to the deadly altercation.

Some cars were also stopped along the street, and others were able to cruise past Good’s vehicle unimpeded.

A pickup truck with police lights blinking on the hood was parked further down the road while ICE agents milled about. The same pickup truck inched down to where Good’s vehicle was parked across the road moments before she was shot.

Surveillance footage from a nearby home that was obtained by CNN supplemented the video shared by DHS.

In it, Good pulled up in her Honda Pilot and about 20 seconds later a passenger — possibly her wife — exited the car.

The SUV then turned perpendicular across part of the street, though cars could still navigate around her, according to the video that was shot from a distance.

The video continues to show when Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents approached Good’s SUV, including officer Jonathan Ross, who ultimately opened fire on her, after the feds said she rammed him.

It’s unclear what Good was doing on the street or why a passenger left the car. People in the neighborhood told multiple outlets that the couple lived nearby.

Local officials and supporters of Good have disputed the assertion that the mom clipped the ICE agent.
