Fat-cat GOP fundraiser Elliott Broidy stepped down as Republican National Committee deputy finance chair on Friday after lurid revelations that he paid a former Playboy model $1.6 million in hush money to clam up about their affair, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The horndog’s non-disclosure deal was brokered by Michael Cohen, President Trump’s personal lawyer and longtime fixer.
Broidy is close pals with the president, and a frequent guest at both the White House and Trump’s Florida resort, Mar-a-Lago.
Cohen also brokered the deal to keep porn actress and filmmaker Stormy Daniels quiet over her alleged one-night stand with Trump in 2006.
