The zen-loving hip-hop mogul’s much younger German model girlfriend, Hana Nitsche, performs a balancing act on his back yesterday as he does a yoga maneuver while on a Caribbean vacation in St. Barth in the French West Indies.

Simmons, 55, actually shows enviable form — despite his middle-aged girth — proving that while he appears to be all bent out of shape, he’s really in pretty good shape.
