Just four months after an appeals court cut down a record-setting $4.5 billion divorce award to a comparatively measly $600 million, Russian Elena Rybolovleva has settled for an undisclosed sum with her fertilizer magnate ex, Dmitri Rybolovlev.

In a joint statement the former couple announced to the world Tuesday — in Russian, English and French — that they’ve reached an “amicable divorce settlement.”

“As part of the settlement both parties have agreed to terminate all legal proceedings in the divorce case and the ancillary proceedings in any jurisdiction whatsoever and to definitely withdraw all claims against each other as well as related parties and entities,’ the statement says.

While a Swiss judge oversaw the divorce, Elena had also sued her ex in Manhattan Supreme Court over a 10-bedroom penthouse at 15 Central Park West.

The duo was fighting over a $95 million Palm Beach mansion once owned by Donald Trump, two Greek Islands worth $150 million, and up to $800 million in art and furniture, according to Town and Country.

They 7-year-long split apparently took its toll on the two.

“Mr. and Mrs. Rybolovev are happy both with their agreement and with the end of what has been a difficult time for them and their family,” the parties also said in the statement.

In 2014 Elena won roughly half her former husband’s fortune from a lower court judge, but on appeal the whopping sum was slashed to $600 million last June.

Dmirtri is worth $8.5 billion, according to Forbes, which makes him the 156th richest man in the world.

By comparison former Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s net worth is $39.6 billion.
