A sadistic seagull hater filmed himself throwing chips into a UK road to lure the unsuspecting birds — then gleefully celebrates when one gets creamed by a passing car.

“I’m evil like, but I don’t like seagulls, so f–k,” the unidentified man is heard saying.

The video, filmed last month on Towyn Road in Abergele in Wales, initially was posted on a public Facebook page but was later taken down, The Sun reported this week.

“Here they come,” says the man, sitting in a white van. “They come from somewhere. Watch, they f–king hover around. Watch.”

He expresses disappointment when one and then two of the gulls duck out of the way in the nick of time, until one is finally taken out by a passing red sedan.

“Yeah, got it. Look,” he laughs. “That one’s dead. I’m going to shut my window now, mate. They’re going to f–king come after me.”

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act passed by Parliament in 1981, all birds, their nests and eggs are protected under the law. Intentionally killing or injuring any wild bird is a criminal offense punishable with up to six months in prison, a fine or both, according to The Sun.

An officer from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Britain’s largest animal protection agency, called the video “shocking,” Metro.co.uk said in a report Monday.

“There is absolutely no justification for this behavior where gulls have been tempted with food towards a dangerous road and then laughing as a bird is seriously injured by a fast-moving car.”
