Sandy never again
MIAMI — The name Sandy is being retired for tropical storms because of the damage that last year’s hurricane caused on the East Coast, including 72 deaths.
Sandy, the 77th storm name retired, will be replaced by Sara on the official Atlantic Basin list.
Storm names are recycled every six years unless they cause catastrophic harm.
