Savannah Guthrie and her siblings shared a gut-wrenching plea for proof that their missing mother, Nancy, is still alive as they signaled to the person who may have kidnapped her that they are “ready to talk.”

“We need to know, without a doubt, that she is alive, and that you have her. We want to hear from you, and we are ready to listen. Please, reach out to us,” Savannah said in an appeal to any possible abductors of the 84-year-old matriarch.

The “Today” show co-host delivered the tearful statement while flanked by her siblings Annie and Camron Guthrie in a video shared toInstagram Wednesday night.

Savannah also addressed the reports of a ransom letter demanding millions of dollars in bitcoin for Nancy’s safe return that was sent to Tucson-area outlets and TMZ. Police haven’t yet verified it.

The purported ransom note contained chilling details about Nancy’s home, but police didn’t reveal if they matched the crime scene — where drops of blood and signs of forced entry were found

Several alleged ransom notes have been circulating among news outlets and have even been sent to the family itself.

Arizona police are continuing to investigate those notes — with the FBI stepping in to help analyze them — while narrowing focus on people known to Nancy as they try to identify suspects, sources told The Post.

“As a family, we are doing everything that we can. We are ready to talk,” Savannah said in the devastating video appeal.

Savannah and Annie both spoke directly to their ailing mother, in hopes she was listening somewhere.

“Mommy, if you are hearing this, you are a strong woman. You are God’s precious daughter, Nancy. We believe and know that even in this valley, he is with you. Everyone is looking for you, Mommy. Everywhere. We will not rest. Your children will not rest until we are together again,” Savannah choked out through tears.

“Mama, Mama, if you’re listening, we need you to come home. We miss you,” Annie added.

Camron, the family’s eldest, could only say: “We love you, Mom, stay strong, come home.”

Here’s the latest on Savannah Guthrie’s missing mom Nancy Guthrie

Nancy was last seen around 9:45 p.m. Saturday when her son-in-law — Tommaso Cioni, Annie’s husband — dropped her at her $1 million Tucson home.

Nancy, Tommaso and Annie had dinner together that night, with science teacher Tommaso seeing his mother-in-law safely home before departing, police said.

Nancy was reported missing the next day after failing to show up for church, according to police.

The grandmother has a heart condition that requires her to take daily medication to stay alive and “not to suffer,” Savannah said. Her pacemaker stopped syncing with her Apple devices Sunday morning.

However, the family is holding out hope that Nancy is still alive, as they thanked the public for their support.

“On behalf of our family, we want to thank all of you for the prayers for our beloved mom, Nancy. We feel them and we continue to believe that she feels them too,” Savannah said in the Instagram clip Wednesday.

Four grueling days into the search, police still hadn’t identified a suspect or person of interest

Pima County Sheriff’s Department detectives have shifted the investigation to probe people known to Nancy or her family as possible abductors, the sources said Wednesday.

But that doesn’t mean police have ruled out the idea that the attack on Nancy was carried out by kidnappers hoping to cash in on a ransom connected to her high-profile daughter, the sources cautioned.

The octogenarian’s disappearance has left friends and neighbors baffled — with many sharing how sweet a person Nancy is and insisting they couldn’t imagine anybody wanting to hurt her.

“Anybody who knows her and met her loves her,” said Mary Ann Blevins, a friend who attends a monthly book club with Nancy.

“I don’t think she has any enemies and that’s why this whole thing is very scary,” she told The Post, adding that Nancy never expressed fears about living alone on her Tucson street.
