Runaway love gov Mark Sanford spent last weekend on a romantic getaway in Uruguay with gal pal Maria Belen Chapur — the woman he picked over his wife and political career.
The former South Carolina governor and his lady love had never been photographed together. Until now.
Sanford blew his entire career by sneaking around with this sexy TV journalist from Argentina and lying to his staff about a phony Appalachian Trail hiking trip.
He was caught red-handed in late June 2009 and gave a tearful confession that made Post headlines (left).
“I could digress and say . . . that I love your tan lines or that I love the curves of your hips, the erotic beauty of you holding yourself (or two magnificent parts of yourself) in the faded glow of night’s light,” Sanford once e-mailed Chapur.
