Sean “Diddy” Combs has been ordered to be held without bail pending trial in a three-count sex-trafficking indictment.
Combs was arrested by Homeland Security agents at a New York City hotel Monday as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation against the embattled hip-hop mogul.
Sean “Diddy” Combs once called his Chief at Combs Enterprises Staff Kristina Khorram his “right hand” – but a source close to the federal sex trafficking investigation into him believes she is more his “manipulator in chief.”
“If anybody is gatekeeper, Kristina would know everything,” the source added to The Post.
“High ranking supervisors” were flagged in the three-count federal indictment charging Combs with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution on Tuesday, a day after the 54-year-old hip hop mogul was arrested by Homeland Security agents at a New York City hotel.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges, but remains in custody on judge’s orders after a $50 million bail bid was rejected. Khorram has not been arrested or charged with any crime.
Many of the depraved allegations in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ criminal indictment first came to light nearly a year ago when the music mogul’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura sued him for rape and physical abuse.
Notably, the so-called “Freak Offs” — drug-fueled, dayslong performances of sexual depravity that an observing Combs would masturbate to, according to the indictment — were detailed in Cassie Ventura’s November lawsuit describing the decade-long nightmare she allegedly endured.

Ventura — an R&B singer once signed to Combs’ label Bad Boy Records — said the first “Freak Off” happened just months into their dating, when she was around 22 and he was 40.
Marc Agnifilo, the attorney for Sean "Diddy" Combs, called the embattled rap mogul a "fighter" who is innocent after his arraignment Tuesday.
“Mr. Combs is a fighter. He’s going to fight this to the end. He’s innocent," Agnifilo said outside of court.
"He came to New York to establish his innocence. He’s not afraid, he’s not afraid of the charges. There’s nothing that the government said in their presentation today that chances anyone’s mind about anything.

"He’s been looking forward to this day; he’s been looking forward to clearing his name, and he’s going to clear his name. We’re going to stand by his side as he does."
The attorney said they will appeal the judge's decision to hold Combs without bail.

Manhattan federal Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky made the ruling after a nearly two-hour long hearing where prosecutors and Combs' lawyer argued over whether he should be jailed until he faces trial.

Combs was arrested Monday in a sex-trafficking case accusing him of forcing women into Freak Off sex sessions with male prostitutes while he masturbated and recorded.
Manhattan federal Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky has stepped into the robing room for a brief recess to consider whether Sean "Diddy" Combs should be jailed pending trial.
The lawyer said that the March 5, 2016 fight broke out after Ventura found evidence on Combs' phone that he was allegedly cheating on her.

Ventura then allegedly hit Combs on the head with his own cell phone, put his clothes into a bag, and went into the hallway, Agnifilo claimed.
“She has left him in the hotel with no clothes after hitting him in the head with a cell phone,” the attorney said.
The duo had been together for 10 years but they were both cheating on each other, Agnifilo claimed to a judge during a hearing over whether Combs should be jailed pending trial.
“These two people were in love,” the attorney said. But, “they had been cheating on each other for years.”
Agnifilo then claimed that Ventura's lawyer later contacted Combs to tell him she was writing a book that referenced their tumultuous relationship unless the music producer wanted to buy the "exclusive rights" to the story for $30 million.
The defense attorney was implying that Ventura was trying to orchestrate a catch-and-kill arrangement with Combs.

Agnifilo also tried to paint the sex sessions that the feds allege Combs forced women into as consensual encounters.
The defense attorney claimed he contacted some of the sex workers who are witnesses in the case and none of them claimed the sex sessions -- which Combs referred to as Freak Offs -- were against anyone's will.
The sex acts described in the indictment were merely "part of the way that these two adults wanted to be intimate," Agnifilo claimed.
"Does everyone have to experience being intimate this way?" Agnifilo said. "No. Is it sex trafficking? No.”
"We are all better off if the federal government does not come into people’s bedrooms," the lawyer said.
Combs' high-profile defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo told the court that Combs flew from Miami to New York on Sept. 5 on Agnifilo’s suggestion, after the lawyer met with prosecutors and realized an indictment was likely coming.

His lawyer also said he took Combs’ passport in April and notified the feds.
Agnifilo said he kept them in the loop on Combs’ whereabouts in the past few months.
“He went on a white water rafting trip, we sent them an email," the lawyer said.
He added that Combs offered to surrender, but the government didn't bite.
“He has come to New York to turn himself in," the lawyer insisted.
Just last night the feds found bags of pink powder that may be ecstasy inside Sean "Diddy" Combs' hotel room, a prosecutor told a judge.
Federal prosecutor Emily Johnson told Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky that law enforcement on Monday night found bags of of what they believe to be the party drug as the pink-colored powder matches other bags that were found to ecstasy.

Johnson said they are waiting on the test results to confirm the pink substance.
Johnson brought the evidence up as she is asking Tarnofsky o keep the hip-hop mogul jailed until he faces trial on sex-trafficking charges.
Federal prosecutors told a judge that Sean "Diddy" Combs keeps witnesses in his pocket to influence them in his favor.
Prosecutor Emily Johnson suggested that Combs even got one witness recently to debunk a new sex abuse lawsuit from last week.
Former Diddy-Dirty Money singer Kalenna Harper on Friday issued a statement claiming she never saw the hip-hop mogul abuse anyone, after she was mentioned in Dawn Richard's suit against Combs, Page Six reported.

Johnson says that Combs texted Harper 58 times in just four days after Richard filed suit. And he sent his last text to Harper on Sept. 14, the day after she distanced herself from Richard's accusations.
Combs “has an ongoing ability to keep witnesses…in his pocket and at his disposal,” Johnson told the judge, in asking to jail Combs until trial.
Federal prosecutors told a Manhattan judge Tuesday afternoon that Sean "Diddy" Combs is a "serial abuser and serial obstructor" as they asked that the music mogul be jailed pending his sex-trafficking trial.
The prosecutor told Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky that the hip-hop artist is an "extreme danger to the community" since he allegedly threatened and tried to bribe witnesses and abused women for decades.

“Simply put, he is a serial abuser and a serial obstructor,” the prosecutor said.
The assistant Manhattan US attorney said Combs has an "extensive and exhaustive history of obstructing justice" -- including allegedly once trying to bribe a hotel security office to cover up an alleged March 5, 2016, assault. The prosecutor also said Combs has had surveillance video destroyed.
