This is the dramatic moment Seattle cops pulled a convicted felon from his wrecked car just seconds before the vehicle went up in flames and rounds of ammunition started exploding inside.

Bodycam footage released by the Seattle Police Department showed officers rescuing the unidentified man after he crashed into a tree and obliterated his car in Madison Valley on Monday night.

Officers were forced to cut through the man’s seatbelt as flames started to break out on the passenger side of the car.

The vehicle became engulfed soon after officers dragged the driver away.

“As the car caught fire, apparent rounds of ammunition began igniting inside the vehicle,” Seattle cops said in a statement, adding that no one was injured by the exploding rounds.

Images from the scene show pieces of the man’s car, including one of the tires, strewn across the street.

The driver was rushed to a hospital in serious condition.

Police said the man had earlier fled when they tried to pull him over for using his cellphone while driving.

Cops said he is a convicted felon who had a domestic violence-related warrant for assault in the second degree, harassment, property damage and violation of a no-contact order.

They plan to arrest him for eluding and unlawful possession of ammunition after he is treated in the hospital.
