US regulators are probing Jared Kushner’s real-estate development company for its use of a green-card program.

The Securities and Exchange Commission issued subpoenas to Kushner Cos. in May seeking details about its use of the EB-5 program, The Wall Street Journal reported Saturday.

Prosecutors for New York’s Eastern District also subpoenaed records, the Journal reported in August.

It’s unclear what exactly the SEC is reviewing.
