Dramatic video captured a man dressed all in black getting stuck climbing tall security fencing outside the White House — with witnesses hearing him say “F–k it” before trying to climb over.
The mystery man was filmed by a tourist as he charged toward the fence on the South Grounds on Monday and immediately started lifting himself up to the top.
“Bro!” one onlooker could be heard gasping as the black-clad man shimmied his way up to the top of the fence.
Officers watched as the climber got to the top of the fence — with Secret Service agents inside the White House grounds racing toward the barrier.

Oklahoma tourist David Stanley, who filmed the “surreal” experience, said the man in black said “F–k it” before running over.
Stanley told Fox 5 he and his wife could also see rooftop snipers “scurrying around” as officers zeroed in on the man.
Authorities have not released the identity of the climber or shared his motive for scaling the White House fence.
