WASHINGTON — President Obama’s motorcade zoomed through downtown Washington yesterday and passed a familiar couple: former President Bill Clinton and his wife, Secretary of State Hillary.

The couple was walking their dog along Massachusetts Avenue when the presidential motorcade sped by near the British Embassy, just around the corner from the Clintons’ home on Whitehaven Street.

Obama was returning from watching his daughter Sasha’s basketball game.
