South Korea is in the process of building an 88-acre city devoted entirely to testing self-driving cars — the largest test facility in the world, according to reports.

K-City will mimic a real-life metropolis, complete with bus-only lanes, highways and zones for autonomous parking, when it opens in October, Business Korea reported.

More than $9.6 million has been invested in K-City, which is expected to be used by automakers Hyundai and Kia Motors, as well as South Korean companies like SK Telecom, Naver and Samsung.

K-City will be the world’s largest test facility for self-driving cars and will be based on the “intelligent transportation system” of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, according to Business Korea.

In 2015, the University of Michigan opened its 32-acre Mcity for driverless cars, which features construction hazards, roads signs covered in graffiti and building facades, Mashable reported.
