Stormy Daniels was released from jail early Thursday following her arrest at a strip club in Ohio and plans to plead not guilty to misdemeanor charges, her lawyer said.

Daniels, 39, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was busted at Sirens in Columbus for allegedly allowing patrons to touch her while she performed.

In Ohio, it’s illegal for anyone who isn’t a family member to touch a nude or semi-nude dancer.

Daniels will plead not guilty to three misdemeanor charges, according to her lawyer Michael Avenatti.

“We will vehemently contest all charges,” he wrote on Twitter.

Daniels — who was paid $130,000 in hush money over her alleged 2006 affair with President Trump and is now fighting the validity of a non-disclosure agreement she signed — was bailed out of jail early Thursday.

Avenatti issued a statement on her behalf saying that as a result, her performance at the jiggle joint Thursday night would be canceled.

The lawyer blasted her arrest, claiming she was “set up.”

“She was arrested for allegedly allowing a customer to touch her while on stage in a non sexual manner! Are you kidding me?” he tweeted. “They are devoting law enforcement resources to sting operations for this? There has to be higher priorities!!! #SetUp #Basta.”
